Membership at La Cité des Associations provides our members with access to our management software program. This program, designed with our members, allows you to manage your accounting, members, projects, meetings, invoices, etc. It is continually enriched with new features.

 

Why outsource tasks that can be easily done by ourselves ?

It's hard to imagine managing a non-profit organization without a computer or smartphone. There are a few association management programs available on the market. Most of these tools are French or Canadian. Although very well made, these tools are not always suited to the Belgian reality. Moreover, no tool comprehensively addresses the management of non-profit organizations.

Therefore, we have internally developed a comprehensive program that addresses the various aspects of successful management of :

  • Your members and meetings, including the drafting of your invitations and minutes;
  • Your staff, including contract management, payroll, absences, evaluations, etc ;
  • Your suppliers, including stock management, drafting of purchase orders, public tenders ;
  • Your clients, including quotation and invoicing ;
  • Your finances, including accounting and budgeting ;
  • Your projects in all their aspects...

It is impossible to describe here the hundreds of features that our CRM contains.

Developed directly taking into account the suggestions of member non-profit organizations, this tool is primarily intended to be a program in constant evolution, which evolves based on the feedback provided by the members. Some feedback relates to the practicality and ergonomics of the CRM, while others lead us to create new features. In 2024, we aim to transform it into an online application.

Depending on your association, membership fees allow for the implementation of the program for one or more networked collaborators, with the possibility of configuring access rights differently for each of them.
